There's nothing like eating a nice fulfilling meal and knowing it's super healthy at the same time! Salads are definitely in my top five favorite quick meals and this one was delicious. Switched it up from the typical salad..
1. Marketside baby spinach
2. Gourmet cucumbers
3. Green peppers
4. Ole cherry tomatoes
5. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
